Join the elite training program at the home of Portland's world renowned dance company, BodyVox.

JAG is an elite performance training program based in a demanding multidisciplinary curriculum to develop versatility, flexibility, and improvisational skills. Students will develop a strong dance foundation based in ballet and modern technique. Students will participate in a fully produced recital program in addition to performances at area events. BodyVox seeks to infuse students with a commitment to performance and most importantly curiosity and joy in life, art, and dance. 

Studio Class Manager Heather Jackson shares that "JAG was developed in response to interest from our community. Parents, teachers, and students are looking for a performance training program that is focused on developing a well-rounded dance artist."

Heather Jackson. Sarah Fuhrman, Jenelle Yarbrough, Éowyn Barrett, Rachel Slater, Sara Parker, Zach Carroll, Thorey Mountain as well as BodyVox Artistic Directors: Jamey Hampton and Ashley Roland

Tue: 4 - 5:30pm / Contemporary
Wed: 4 - 6pm / Rotating class (not required/elective)
Thurs: 4 - 5:30pm / Jazz 1 or 2 (Broadway style) or Ballet 1 or 2
Thurs: 5:30 - 6:30pm / Contemporary Improv. 1 or 2
