Jessica is throwing a Halloween inspired dance fitness party! Think high intensity jazzercise meets dancing around in your very haunted bedroom. (There will be a virtual class offering if you'd really like to dance in your haunted bedroom).
This hour long cardio movement experience combines your own dance moves with guided functional fitness bodyweight exercises. The playlist will be including all the best Halloween dance jams - you'll be having so much fun you won't even realize you're working out.
Costumes are highly encouraged to get in the Halloween spirit! Let’s groove, sweat, and smile together - open to all levels, leave your inhibitions behind and bring your spookiest dance moves!
