Intuitive Movement with Kathryn Frey | Starting April 22 | Saturdays 12:30pm - 2:00pm

Using imaginative guided meditations, participants will explore their bodies' natural impulses and movements, while gaining a deeper understanding of the psycho-somatic meaning behind each gesture. By creating a safe and supportive space for exploration, this lab encourages participants to let go of preconceived ideas and expectations, and instead allow our bodies to guide us towards a more authentic and fulfilling movement practice.
