Let’s move our bodies! In this class we will start by activating our muscles and progressively pushing ourselves through the warm up. Some say “work smart, not hard” and I say, “Why not both?!” Class will move on to a phrase that challenges  movement qualities while nurturing a positive relationship to the floor and floorwork. You are encouraged to be your authentic self and to prioritize your needs in this class. Feeling like you want to make something harder? Do it! Feeling like you need to back off on a movement because your body is saying not today? Do it! Looking forward to dancing with you!
